We are looking for another member of the team, who will be working in a 2nd Line Support Technician role – primarily on our help desk but also at client’s sites when needed, which is why a driving license and vehicle is required.
WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?
We build our client’s solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure, so an excellent working knowledge of them – particularly Microsoft 365 is essential. You’ll have some certifications to back up your working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
As you’d expect supporting small businesses, we look after a range of devices, so a good knowledge of Microsoft, Windows-based devices and Microsoft server operating systems is needed as well as mobile operating systems.
You’ve most probably worked in an IT Support role for at least a couple of years or so and are motivated to provide the best support for clients, as well as the right technical solutions.
Although as techies we can work anywhere in the world, we do want someone who will be able to visit our clients with ease when required so ideally you would be based no more than 30 miles from St Albans, Hertfordshire.
We generally work a 09:00 to 17:30 day, but there are always times we’ll schedule jobs out of hours, either remotely or on site.
